Raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and now based in Utah for the past decade, Rachel’s journey has taken her from creating impactful training content behind the scenes to leading engaging workshops in front of hundreds of participants. She is known for her ability to connect authentically, challenge perspectives, and create learning environments that inspire confidence, accountability, and action.
