Oliver Young President

Rooted in generations of leadership and entrepreneurship, the Young Automotive Group is built on a commitment to excellence in both business and people development. Growing up in the family business, Oliver Young gained firsthand experience across dealership operations, learning the value of hard work, accountability, and continuous improvement.

As his career progressed, Oliver recognized that sustainable success is driven by strong leadership and well-developed teams. This vision led to the creation of the Center of Excellence, where a team of proven professionals delivers hands-on, real-world training rooted in experience from across the Young Automotive Group.

Through impactful workshops and personal engagement, the Center of Excellence exists to develop the next generation of leaders who Think Young—individuals committed to growth, ownership, and elevating those around them.

Rachel Hirsbrunner Training Manager

She brings over 12 years of experience in the automotive industry, with more than seven years dedicated to leadership development and professional training across automotive, powersports, and public audiences. Her passion lies in helping individuals and teams grow through practical, hands-on learning rooted in real-world experience.

Raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and now based in Utah for the past decade, Rachel’s journey has taken her from creating impactful training content behind the scenes to leading engaging workshops in front of hundreds of participants. She is known for her ability to connect authentically, challenge perspectives, and create learning environments that inspire confidence, accountability, and action.

Whether mentoring one-on-one or facilitating large-scale leadership courses, Rachel focuses on developing people who lead with purpose and positively impact those around them.

Olivia Burt Training Coordinator

She serves as the coordination lead for the training team, playing a vital role in ensuring every workshop, engagement, and client experience runs seamlessly from start to finish. Born and raised in Utah, Olivia brings a grounded, community-focused approach to everything she does.

As the backbone of the training operation, Olivia manages scheduling, logistics, communication, and preparation—balancing countless moving parts with precision and care. Her ability to anticipate needs and maintain organization allows the training team to focus fully on delivering meaningful, high-impact experiences for clients.

In addition to her professional role, Olivia balances the responsibilities of motherhood alongside coordinating a fast-paced training operation. Her dedication, adaptability, and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of the team and a key contributor to the success of every program.

Kelly Jobe Events Director

She brings over five years of experience in training environments and venue operations, serving as a key driver behind the execution and success of the Center of Excellence. As the lead over events, venues, and on-site operations, Kelly plays a critical role in turning vision into reality.

From managing venue spaces and logistics to overseeing the flow and feel of each event, Kelly ensures every detail is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. Her leadership behind the scenes allows trainers and participants alike to stay focused on what matters most—learning, growth, and connection.
