ELEMENTS OF LEADERSHIP
Elements of Leadership is a one-day, in-person workshop designed for general managers, sales managers, service managers, and the next generation of dealership leadership. Built from three decades of operational experience inside the Young Automotive Group, the course blends real case studies, structured discussion, and live practice — not slides and platitudes.
You’ll work through four core modules: leading under pressure, building trust on a high-turnover floor, coaching for performance, and the leader’s role in culture. Each module ends with a tool you can use the next day — not a worksheet that lives in a binder.
